These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nosoftsouls.com and any purchase you make from No Soft Souls, a brand operated by Persson Performance (a registered sole proprietorship in Sweden) (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. Our products are baby and children’s apparel, intended to be purchased by adults.

2. Our products

No Soft Souls sells dark-humour apparel for babies and children. Every item is printed to order especially for you. Because of this, slight variations in colour, print placement, and fit are normal and are not considered defects. We try to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal). We may refuse or cancel any order – for example, in the case of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a production or stock issue – and will refund any amount already charged.

4. Discounts and promotions

Automatic discounts (such as our Buy 2 and Buy 3+ offers) and free-shipping thresholds apply automatically as shown at checkout. We may change, limit, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read both before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, slogans, artwork, logos, text, and other content on the Store are owned by No Soft Souls and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful or infringing purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Store and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in the country where you live may also apply.
