Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your No Soft Souls order gets to you.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are printed and shipped from within the US.

2. Production time

Every item is printed to order, so please allow around 2–5 business days for us to make your order before it ships.

3. Shipping time

Once shipped, US delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during holidays or peak periods.

4. Shipping rates

Free US shipping on orders of $65 or more.
On orders under $65, a shipping fee (from around $4.75, based on weight) is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

6. Delays

Occasionally production or carrier delays happen – for example during holidays or due to weather. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated, but we can’t be held responsible for delays once your order is with the carrier.

7. Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
