This Privacy Policy explains how No Soft Souls (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from nosoftsouls.com (the “Store”). 1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers and are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Store, we automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring website, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from our payment providers, fulfilment partner, and advertising and analytics partners.

2. How we use your information

To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and updates.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To provide customer service and respond to your requests.
To send marketing emails or messages where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To measure and improve the Store, and to show you relevant advertising.
To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

3. Legal bases for processing (for EU/EEA visitors)

We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (to fulfil your orders); your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve the Store); and compliance with a legal obligation (such as keeping tax records).

We use cookies and similar technologies on this website to operate the Store and checkout, to understand how visitors use the site, and to support our marketing. These include tools from Shopify, Google (Analytics and Ads), and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram). By continuing to use nosoftsouls.com, you consent to our use of cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Store may not work properly if you do.

5. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Store, and only as needed:

Shopify – our e-commerce and checkout platform.
Printify and its print providers – to produce and ship your order.
Payment providers – Shopify Payments and PayPal, to process your payment.
Klaviyo – to send our marketing and transactional emails.
Google and Meta – for analytics and advertising.
Shipping carriers – to deliver your order.
Authorities or advisors – where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. International transfers

We are based in Sweden (EU/EEA). Because our providers and print partners operate in the United States and elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above – including order, accounting, and tax records, which we may retain for up to 7 years as required by law. If you have opted into marketing, we keep your details until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

EU/EEA visitors (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY).

US visitors. Depending on your state (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your information for money.

9. Marketing choices

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us. You can also control ad personalisation through your Meta and Google account settings.

10. Children’s privacy

We sell clothing designed for babies and children, but our Store is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
